YES! After four long years of staring at my noobish WordPress layout over on my blog, Crooked Glasses, I finally bit the bullet and switched the theme to the prepackaged Twenty Fifteen look, editing only a few colors and widgets to get it the way I wanted.

The FAQ and Links pages have been cleaned up and reworded to feel more professional. I'm also using an Archive widget instead of a custom page now, and I got rid of my feeble attempt at an Article Series page because I really don't have any idea how to make it work anyway. ^o^

...And now I officially win the "Super Lazy Designer" Award! YAY!!! ROFL

I have no idea what's causing that--all I did was use Twenty Fifteen pretty much straight out of the can (so to speak). I viewed it on my Firefox and Chrome installs and didn't see it (I'm using Windows 7 but not Enterprise, I don't think). :/ Will do some more research and see if I can fix it.

After a good two or three months of real work, I finally completed my depression information site, Illuminate!

Check it out and let me know what you think--I have suffered depression several times and am empathetic toward depression sufferers as a result, but I also wanted to create an informative site for non-sufferers as well.

Congratulations on finishing this, Robin! I want to read it but I don't know if I have the courage or strength of mind to do it ;;

I understand, Nyx :/ I definitely don't want the site to trigger anything. But I hope I've included enough help on the site to be uplifting, too :)

You have :) I just am a survivor like you, but man, it was so little time ago and some days I'm not even entirely sure it's behind me.

I hear ya. Sorta same here--some days I'm like "Wow, I'm not depressed at all, this is really cool" and then other days I get hit by the depression steamroller again. Much squish, so setback, very frustrate. (Glad to hear my site isn't too gloomy though!)

(Side note: As part of my research for this site, I unearthed one type of depression called "dysthymia" or "Persistent Depressive Disorder," and boyyyyy did I see myself all up in that symptom list...phew, if that's what I have, it would make a lot of sense.)

Okay, things to do this month!
- Finish the Clefairy shrine revamp for the 1P1M marathon
- Finish the Bad Ass Bitches site because my chosen fictional lady has been waiting 5 years to be honored on withinmyworld.org
- Finally load all those pics onto my Sound of Music site
- Finish up depression site with "further help" section expansion

I fixed up my Sound of Music site! Finally, right?? LOL
