I'm lukewarm about Fairy type. It could either add an extra layer of strategy or completely screw up balance. Nintendo is walking on thin ice. Here's hoping it doesn't turn into another Generation 1 Psychic type. And I don't get how Fairy would beat Dragon. Wha, Nintendo been messing with 'em Nintendogs and Wii Fit. *cough*
The main character customization looks promising. And hey, the Pokemon 3DS XL models look slick. If they make it abroad in the US, I'll be highly tempted to cave in. I'll probably get the games somewhere down the road.
On Dragons, it's a strong type but beatable for sure. It helps most are dual types with a 4x Ice weakness. Only thing is, some of the stronger Pokemon happen to be Dragon type (i.e. Salamence). Still, you can tweak your team to account for them.

I'm still waiting to see a new Pokemon that I'm into. It happened to me with Gen V where my attitude was: "Meh, I don't like any of these" until I saw Deerling and Sigilyph. Maybe they will do more with seasons?

They're leaking CoroCoro news of "Mega" Pokemon. Pokemon that are getting Mega forms: Blaziken, Lucario, Absol, Mawile, Mewtwo, and Ampharos.

I feel like the odd one out as I actually think these ideas are kinda cool. I guess we'll wait and see how it pans out though.
