Turks shrine

Please bear with me since I am not even sure this fits here...
I've written an outline for my upcoming (eventually) Turks shrine, but I dunno. I find it a little... bare. And I need external motivation to work on it because work is eating me alive. Thoughts on this outline, Amassment? Am I missing anything?

3.1 Villains?
4. The People
4.1 Tseng
4.1.1 The Man From Wutai?
4.2 Reno
4.2.1 Too Lazy for the Turks?
4.3 Rude
4.4 Elena
4.4.1 Too Stupid for the Turks?
4.5 Rufus Shinra
5. The Relationships
6. The Fandom
6.1 Sexual Deviants?*
7. The Site
* 6.1 might end up being 3.2 instead. It depends how that essay will go.
