Just make one topic of your domain/collective/network and organize it any way you want to allow others link up with your sites by creating a general form or even your own for others to fill out and reply to the topic with it filled out. Feel free to put a status if you're open or closed too to let others know beforehand.
If and when you want to link up with someone, please reply to their post.
Please remember that one member = one thread in this section to keep it nice and neat.
You can also use Google Forms that will create a spreadsheet automatically with responses!
