Currently trying and failing to play through my New Game+ setting on Child of Light.
I have reached a point where I just alt-tab out of the game and close it during frustrating battles, and I'm about to just uninstall it because it's getting so frustrating. It is such a beautiful game and I want to enjoy it, but I can't enjoy it when every enemy is about 3x faster than I am and keeps interrupting my spells so that I just end up trapped in a lose-lose situation. And I feel super stupid for having trouble with it too.

HOMG Y'ALL I FINALLY FINISHED CHILD OF LIGHT AGAIN <3
It literally came down to the equipment I was using! If you ever play it, get y'all some Brilliant Diamonds, put them on the Speed slot, and watch your characters rock out being able to cast faster. That was the only change I made and it was apparently a crucial one!!

Congrats, Robin! I know that game has been stressing you out, I am pleased to hear you beat it.
<3 I still love the game though...at some point I may even make a shrine for it, since I love the art style, the story, the characters, etc. :D
Now I might get back to Marvel Heroes MMO, though I'm not sure :D

I'm actually playing Fire Emblem 8! And since the common criticism is that it's easy, I'm doing it in hard mode.
Which IS hard. So whatever the fuck everyone was whining about?!

Honestly I don't know what people are talking about. Awakening is a lot easier than Sacred Stones.
