Has anyone else here ever had one of those movies that you had to watch all the time, mostly when you were younger?

When I was a kid, I had to watch Bambi every. single. night. I could NOT go to bed until I watched Bambi. I don't know why but I loved this movie ever since I was little. (I had always claimed Aladdin was my fav Disney movie but it's probably actually Bambi.) It's a shame I don't own it because I'd probably be watching it all the time. XDD;

I would always want to watch Cinderella where my sister wanted the Little Mermaid. But then Mulan came out. But every year until the last few we would watch the Star Wars movies on Christmas. Mum likes watching It's A Wonderful Life during Christmas time too. Mostly when we were younger it was always either the newest Disney movie or our favorite Disney movies. Repeatedly. I watched Aladdin a lot too. Not so much Bambi. I think it's been released on DVD/BluRay. You should totally get it!

Star Wars IV :D I've been watching it since I was a toddler.

Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. From start of the movie where you hear the bells to after the credits when Hugo shows up saying: "Good night, everybody! Whoo-hoo-hoo!" XD Now I'm soo happy it's finally out on blu-ray!~ ;D The opening still gives me chills /shudders.

When I was little, I was pretty into The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin. I remember seeing them in theatres, and I had the clam shell VHS packages, plus lots of merchandise.

These days, there are certain films I have to watch once a year... Namely Blade Runner and Lawrence of Arabia. I also seem to marathon Star Trek movies around Christmastime.

I never been a person who watches movies a lot of times, if I really really like a movie, I watch it two or three times by myself, plus the times I show them to friends and family.

When I was younger I remember I saw The Princess Bride, Labyrinth, Spaceballs, Robin Hood: Men in Tights, and The Pirate Movie many times; and my favorite Disney movies were Robin Hood, Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin and the Little Mermaid.

Nowdays some other movies have been added to the list such as Stardust, Harry Potter, Love Actually, Lord of the Rings, How to Train your Dragon, Inuyasha Movie 1 and 3, Lilo & Stitch and Mulan.

@Karen Nice! I think I have to watch Elf at Christmas Time. I usually end up watching Nacho Libre and Galaxy Quest several times a year.

I want a rainy day off with nothing to do so I can marathon some Godzilla.

I don't remember... I know there were movies that I absolutely loved to watch, but I don't think I was so into movies that I'd watch them religiously.
