Re: Shrines and The Outside World
Ugh yeah, it's hard describing shrines to someone, especially if you know they're going to think you're weird because they have no interest in it themselves. I don't talk about my shrines to people who aren't familiar with the idea too often either, but if it does come up I just say that I do person...

Re: I am homeless, and I am new in town.
@dubious Thanks for the welcome! I think there was another Articuno shrine floating around at the time, too. I remember it being a lot better than mine, so part of me hopes that's the one you're thinking of. :D @Sarah Aw, you're too kind! Making me blush over here. I really need to revamp t...

Re: Favorite TV SHOWS
I'm a sucker for American sitcoms from the late 80's and 90's like Golden Girls, Frasier, The Nanny, and Roseanne. I love it when channels like Hallmark, WE, or Oxygen buy broadcast rights because they'll marathon them for hours on end nearly every day to make up for their lack of other programming....

I totally remember you for your Yuko Sasaki shrine years and years ago during my days of repeatedly listening to "Pure Snow." It's great to see you finally delurking and joining us!! Oh man, I never think anybody knows about my sites much less remembers if they've been to them, so that ma...

Re: I am homeless, and I am new in town.
Thank you all for the warm welcomes! I appreciate them. :3 Varen, you may certainly ask about my history! Let's see, my oldest sites that are still up are my Yuko Sasaki (2003) and Miz (2004) shrines. Before 2003, while I was still being hosted by friends and whatnot, my biggest site was a shrine to...

I am homeless, and I am new in town.
Hi all~ My name is Kiel and I own londonboy.org . I've been making fansites since the late 90's, back when everyone would rush to finish their shrines so they could submit them to the Anime Web Turnpike rather than to meet a fanlist deadline. Oh, that decade. I haven't been an avid shrine-maker sinc...
