Lol, it's not a theory, it was explicitly stated in the game text.Cherri wrote:They might? You can also do Shadow and Spirit in either order after you finish the other three. Shadow Temple is scary! I do like slaying Bongo Bongo though. Oh question! Is it possible that Bongo Bongo is the evil spirit in the well that is released when you get the Magic Lens? That's mine and Snow's theory that it is but I was wondering what you guys thought.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
Oh um that's not what I meant. The "they might?" was more of I didn't understand what you were saying but I didn't want to say that so I tried to wing it. I got confused. I'm sorry. And was stated in game text? I'm confused again.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
I must be the only person disappointed by a Winder Waker Remake.
I'd really love a Link to the Past re-envisioning. ;o;

Re: The Legend of Zelda
As a friend of mine pointed out, I think it's great WW is getting a remake/port/whatever-it-is only because it hasn't been easily accessible to people who didn't got the Gamecube version. At least with Majora's Mask or LTTP, there have been Virtual Console versions for others to play with in newer consoles. Although I'm not sure why a Gamecube title isn't as emulate-able as the N64 games, speaking that Gamecube is one of the easier consoles to be emulated. If new Wiis and apparenly Wii U isn't backward compatible with the Gamecube, they should really do something to fix it. :0
Re: The Legend of Zelda
@Destinie: I'm not super excited about it. I mean Yay for remakes but there are others I would like more. Like the Oracle set. Those would be awesome. Also I think Snow would be disappointed by it too, as she didn't like that one.
@Varen: I like back compatibility. It upsets me that the PS3 I have doesn't play PS2 discs. But I do so love my PS3.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
Haha, Varen said everything I wanted to say. Wind Waker discs are really hard to get nowadays without splurging a fortune so this makes it more accessible.
Also, Cherri, it's been a long time since I've played the game, but Sheik tells Link that or something like that.... something like "Impa went to the Shadow Temple to seal the beast that escaped from the well."

Re: The Legend of Zelda
@Joe: OH! Okay. Gotcha. I just played it a couple months ago. Guess I zoned out at critical points. Hehe. I remember Sheik telling Link "Impa's in the Shadow Temple" but that's about it. Thanks for being patient with me.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
/pops in. My two cents is even though I haven't played the games yet, I love the graphics in Twilight Princess~ *____*
Re: The Legend of Zelda
You should definitely play them when you have an opportunity! ;) I'd recommend Link to the Past > Ocarina of Time > Skyward Sword. Twilight Princess if you like Okami. (heheh).
Speaking of which- I read TP and Okami were released only months apart. Okami is heavily inspired by the Zelda series. I thought it was very interesting that these two games were similar and you play as a wolf in both games...Is this the time period where Wolves were very popular? These games were also released 3 years after Wolf's Rain... (just speculating!)

How very interesting! I did not know that. :ODestinie wrote:Speaking of which- I read TP and Okami were released only months apart. Okami is heavily inspired by the Zelda series.
