I've been working on-and-off on my Sora Takenouchi site. I've been meaning to give it a new layout, but that never happened, and by now my views on Sora have changed drastically to the point where I'm changing some of my "eloquent" discussions into big F Us to the fandom.

Well it basically stemmed from this one fangirl who got into a huge unwarranted debate with me. I told her I partially agreed with an anti-Sorato article she linked me (my site was pro-Sorato and she was probably looking for an opportunity to get someone to agree with her) and when I told her why this somehow became a huge wank over how ~obvious~ Sorato was and it's left me with a bad impression of how some shippers are so defensive and won't accept anything other than a "yes, I agree" for an answer. She went all the way to contact one of the series director via Twitter to confirm that Sorato was planned from the beginning. I wouldn't have much of a problem with the entire discussion if it weren't for the fact that she was pretty militant and acting like it was a crime that I disagreed with her even as a Sorato fan.

And yes, Hiroyuki Kakudou did confirm Sorato was planned from the beginning, causing ship wars again and much lulz. These people take a pairing from a show that isn't even about romance too seriously.
