Looking forward to the upcoming sections, and I especially like the navigation! I like how it collapses on smaller resolutions. You already know about how the main image gets warped if the window isn't around the 16:9 ratio but yeah, making responsive full page images are such a pain. You can try using Backstretch, which is what I use for Amassment's responsive header image. But good luck!
